Welcome aboard Margaret!

Kaapittiaq is pleased to announce the hiring of Margaret Qutiaquq Oliver, the company's first full time staff member. As a start-up company, Kaapittiaq has been largely run through the volunteer efforts of staff from its parent non-profit organization Pitquhirnikkut Ilihauintiq / Kitikmeot Heritage Society. As we grow, we will continue to hire and train more Inuit in the world of entrepreneurship.
